MansoorKhan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services; your device communicates with Shopify’s systems to deliver the Services; any sales and purchases in our Store are made directly with MansoorKhan; by using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and MansoorKhan, including injury, damage or loss from purchased products and services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MansoorKhan. Occasionally the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability; we may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted, and if we cancel after payment has been collected we will issue any refund required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MansoorKhan is headquartered or incorporated without regard to conflict-of-law principles; you and MansoorKhan consent to jurisdiction and venue of courts located in that jurisdiction except where prohibited by law, and nothing limits rights to bring claims in local courts or rely on mandatory laws in your residence. The Terms may be available in other languages; to the extent of inconsistencies, the most current English version prevails; disputes will be resolved in English unless MansoorKhan determines otherwise in its sole discretion or law requires. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree we may send transactional and service-related communications electronically including by email, in-account notice or posting on the Services relating to orders, account, purchases, returns, these Terms or other Services matters, and you are responsible for keeping contact information current. You can review the most current Terms on this page; we may update, change or replace any part by posting updates and changes on our website; you are responsible for checking periodically; we will notify you of material changes according to law and changes are effective on the date specified in the notice; continued use or access after posting constitutes acceptance.
